Analysis: Gender pay gap reporting won’t show employer bias – but it will be useful

Large companies will be required to report on the issue from December

It is hoped better data will allow companies to see quick opportunities to improve balance

Many companies across Ireland are elbow deep in preparing their gender pay gap figures for publication.

This comes as mandatory gender pay gap reporting requirements for employers with 250 or more employees commences in December 2022.
