Euro zone unemployment stable at 11.6%

Euro zone unemployment remained stable at 11.6 per cent in May, not far from the record high of 12 per cent recorded last year, Eurostat data showed today.

In Ireland, the rate fell to 12 per cent, down from 13.9 per cent.
